Returns and Exchanges Policy

Pamper Me Pretty Online Boutique reserves the right to  cancel any Orders for any reasons. 

Need to return an item? Please review this return policy checklist to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
* New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with the hangtag attached
* Invoice – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return and/or exchange information filled out on the back
* Final Sale – we cannot return final sale merchandise (marked with a * on the front of your invoice or FINAL SALE label in your cart)
* 30 Days – please postmark all returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returns postmarked after this timeframe will be shipped back without refund.
* There's a 35% restocking fee on ALL Returns!

* Orders placed for groups are none refundable or eligible for exchanges!  Pamper Me Pretty will review on a case by case order depending upon group size!  
Pamper Me Pretty reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.
Processing Returns & Exchanges
Please use the pre-paid label enclosed in your package to send your return or exchange back to us. Packages can be dropped off at any FedEx location. Shipping & processing typically takes about three weeks once you send the package back to us.
Returns - Shipping and Delivery Fees will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover shipping or delivery cost. We’ll process your refund back to your original form of tender, and you’ll receive an email confirming the refund amount.
Exchanges – Return shipping is always free for exchanges, and we’ll waive shipping on the new item, as well! Exchanges are processed across two transactions.
* 1. First, we’ll process a refund for the items you sent back.
* 2. Second, we’ll contact you to process a new order for the exchange items, honoring any promotions or discounts from the original order.
The second step can be performed at any time, so if you’d prefer to place your exchange order first, please give us a call at 1-863-221-9548 we’d be happy to do so.
Ship via the carrier of your choice
If you no longer have the pre-paid mailing label, you may contact us for a replacement. Alternatively, you may also ship your returns to the following address via the carrier of your choice:
